WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen that delivers an intense workout and powerful results. It incorporates a variety of elements from HIIT workouts, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and more. It is practiced by competition-level athletes and everyday gymgoers alike. A foundational piece of CrossFit is the WOD, or “workout of the day,” which is a set of exercises strung together and completed within a time limit for a set amount of reps or for as many reps as possible (AMRAP).
